7. Design and development


The engineering department arranges engineers to carry out structural design, make machine assembly drawings and parts drawings (parts are marked according to national standards), select executive components and electronic control accessories, and list processing parts lists, standard parts purchase orders, and operation instructions.


8. Institutional review


An audit team composed of engineering personnel will review the designed drawings. The review content includes:


(1) Whether the machine structure coordination is reasonable: functionality (capacity and precision), stability, safety, humanization (convenience of operation) and appearance.


(2) Whether the production efficiency of the designed machine meets customer needs.


(3) Machine cost.


(4) Each part of the mechanism should be simple and easy to debug and maintain.


(5) Each part should be as simple and easy to process as possible.


(6) Whether the selection of each actuator is reasonable.


9. Parts processing and standard parts procurement


1. The parts processing department processes machine parts according to the part drawings (parts must be processed strictly in accordance with the part accuracy and processing technology shown on the part drawing to ensure part accuracy and part processing technology).


2. Purchasing personnel contact suppliers to purchase standard parts according to the standard parts list.


10. Inspection and storage of processed parts and standard parts;


Inspection personnel will inspect the dimensional accuracy, processing technology, model and installation dimensions of the standard parts according to the parts drawings and standard parts list. After passing the inspection, they will be handed over to the warehouse management personnel for storage.


11. Machine assembly


1. The assembly department arranges personnel to assemble and debug the machine. The assembly personnel go to the warehouse to collect the processed parts and standard parts according to the processed parts list and standard parts list.

5. All fasteners and joints are connected to ensure that they are fastened in place and the connection is reliable.


6. The Industrial Control Department arranges electrical engineers to carry out machine power distribution, machine program writing and debugging according to the operation instructions.


12. Machine debugging


The assembly personnel conduct machine debugging according to the product engineering drawings provided by the customer. After the debugging is completed, samples are produced and handed over to the customer to determine the quality of the product.


13. Packaging and shipment


1. Check all fasteners and joint connections to ensure they are fastened in place and the connection is reliable.


2. Clean the appearance of the equipment and paste necessary signs and markings


3. Mark the splitting location, straighten out the splitting pipelines, and rationally split the equipment.


4. Necessary protective (anti-rust, moisture-proof) measures.


5. Prepare machine spare parts, operating instructions, wiring diagrams and other technical information
